Return & Refund Policy

At Gabriel Harrison, we strive to ensure that every purchase you make is an enjoyable experience. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we’ve outlined our policy below to help you with returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns on all products within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us via info@gabrielharrison.com to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization.
  2. Please include your order number and reason for return in the email.
  3. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a wrong order or a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
  • Please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Refund processing time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.

Please note that the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item(s) and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@gabrielharrison.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged product. We will offer you a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Shipping: All orders are shipped via Free Shipping within 4-7 business days. The total delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping method.
  • Cut-off Time: The order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Area: We only ship to the United Kingdom, and shipping is completely free.
