1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Order Processing: We process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped and delivered within 4-7 business days.
- Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time from when you place your order to when it arrives is approximately 5-10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to external factors.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to United Kingdom. We are working towards expanding our shipping options and hope to serve more regions soon.
4. What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United Kingdom. No hidden charges or additional fees at checkout.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified or canceled if they haven't been processed yet. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you can return the items for a refund following our Return Policy.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your order via the courier's website.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility if the wrong item was ordered.
- Refund processing time is 7 business days.

8. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear this! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@gabrielharrison.com or +44 7477 231877. We will resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Can I exchange an item?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the item following our Return Policy, and place a new order for the item you would like.
10. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
11. Do you offer gift cards?
At the moment, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are working on adding this feature in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
